With a strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, Mr. Dahol has played a pivotal role in conceptualizing, developing, and scaling sustainable and financially viable healthcare enterprises. His experience spans both public and private healthcare sectors, giving him a deep understanding of the diverse challenges and opportunities within the Indian healthcare ecosystem.
His professional expertise includes the upgradation and modernization of district hospitals, capacity building of government healthcare facilities for long-term operational sustainability, and the planning and design of cost-effective, mid-size hospitals without compromising on quality, efficiency, or patient care standards. He has been actively involved in developing turnaround strategies for underperforming healthcare facilities, enabling them to achieve operational efficiency and financial stability.
Mr. Dahol also brings significant experience in healthcare fund-raising, business planning, feasibility studies, and management commissioning. His work includes preparing detailed business plans, conducting numerous techno-economic and operational feasibility studies, and introducing innovative healthcare delivery models tailored to regional and demographic needs.
In addition, Mr. Dahol has been an empaneled Hospital Planner with several reputed architectural firms, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and medical planners to deliver integrated, patient-centric, and regulation-compliant healthcare facilities.

Dr. Rana brings over 19 years of extensive experience in the healthcare sector, with a strong focus on hospital administration, operations, strategic management, and healthcare planning. She has held senior leadership positions with some of India’s most prestigious healthcare organizations, including Apollo Hospitals and Max Healthcare, where she played a key role in managing and optimizing large, multi-specialty hospitals.
She possesses strong expertise in hospital planning and design, with a deep understanding of aligning infrastructure planning with operational efficiency, patient care, and patient safety. Her practical operational background enables her to contribute meaningfully to layout planning, patient flow optimization, departmental adjacencies, infection control considerations, and safety-driven design decisions.
Her experience spans both operational leadership and project-stage involvement, including the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and clinical and administrative protocols. Dr. Rana has been actively involved in manpower planning, recruitment support, capacity building, and staff training, ensuring hospitals are operationally ready from day one.
In addition, she has contributed to branding and marketing strategy development, strengthening hospital positioning and outreach. Dr. Rana has also led internal strategic and turnaround initiatives, delivering measurable improvements across OPD services, diagnostics, pharmacy operations, inpatient care, quality management, inventory control, supply chain optimization, and patient feedback systems.
